The place is conveniently located near lovely scenery, a Chinese restaurant, and the Normandy region and I enjoyed my one-day stay here, I would come back again.

The rooms at Ancien Hotel Aux Moines Pierrefitte St Lo are absolutely amazing! They have all the modern amenities that a tech-savvy traveler like me could ask for. The air conditioning keeps the room cool, the 42- and 48-inch TVs with free Netflix make for perfect movie nights, and the dishwasher service is a fantastic addition. Plus, the private bathrooms are well-equipped with a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and a refreshing shower.

Personally, I found the shared common bathroom with direct access to be a slight inconvenience. However, I understand that some guests might appreciate the option to have quick access to it.

During my recent stay in Saint-Lo, I had the opportunity to stay at the Ancien Hotel Aux Moines Pierrefitte St Lo. Although I only stayed here for transit during my travels, I found two key features of this hotel quite appealing. its proximity to the nearest airport, located just 44 km away, was incredibly convenient for me. This saved me a significant amount of time and hassle, allowing for a smooth transition in my journey. the provided database of the hotel was extensive and detailed, providing me with all the necessary information I needed prior to my stay.

Although this may not be a significant issue for some, it did strike me as slightly unusual and slightly inconvenient.

Garden views from the accommodation were like looking out onto a lush oasis, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The picturesque scenery reminded me of a painting by Monet, with vibrant colors and perfectly manicured greenery.

We were in a bit of a pickle, with a blown-out motorhome, but the hospitality of Philippe and his wife at this 12th-century monastery turned hotel was beyond amazing. They greeted us with homemade cider, arranged transport, and even showed us the beautiful chapel on the property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and my girls loved seeing the horses, chickens, and dogs. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel!
